Saturday Challenge - Water

 

Hi everyone! Welcome to another challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

This week our challenge was WATER.

I used YOU ARE MY SUNSHINE to create my card this week.

We always enjoy your creations so be sure to submit them so you can have a chance to WIN a $20 gift card to the Shop!! Show us your stuff!! In keeping in line with the rest of our challenges (Wonderful Wednesday and our NEW Krafty Scrappy Challenge), we will be drawing one winner per month from all Saturday Challenge entries to win a $20 gift card!! It's another KRAFTY KOMEBACK!!!!!  This time the cuties from SMARTY PANTS are back in Clear form!!! AND Kimmie has, once again, opened the Chamber of Krafty Secrets!!!  Back in a VERY limited number are both OH SNAP! and LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL!  And of course, Frugal Friday specials are UP!  It's great weekend to shop!!!

In addition to the great Krafty Challenges & Wonderful Wednesday, each month we will post a Sketch.  The sketch will last all month long and if you use it in ANY of our Challenges or WW's during that month you will get an additional chance to win a store gift card!  You do NOT have to use the sketch, it's just a little extra boost for your mojo if ya need it!  Here is July's sketch...

Krafty Komeback - Smarty Pants!

There's SO much going on this weekend
at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!
Let me tell you all about it!

First off, we've got a super KRAFTY KOMEBACK set that is being rereleased!  It's our favourite NERDY stamp set that's perfect for teacher gifts, school creations and scrapbook pages!

I needed a new bookmark and doesn't he totally work on my new one!!!!!
I used a die, twine and a button to create my awesome new bookmark.

I also used glossy accents on his glasses and some gold nuvo drops for the spine of the books.

Wonderful Wednesday

It's Wonderful Wednesday time!!  We hope you can play along!!  As always....it's ANYTHING GOES!!  Break out your Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps and get krafty!!

Speaking of our July Release I used one of the new stamps
PAMPER ME PAULINA!!!
She is awesome, don't you think!!!!

I went with more muted tones on my card to give it that "spa" like feeling!
Plus I LOVE teal!!!! I dressed it up with some flowers and a bit of twine!

We want EVERYONE to be able to play along so your submission can use ANY stamp and can be any theme, any style, any design and it can be a card, a scrapbook page, an altered item....you name it!!  It must be a NEW creation and you can enter on this post until July 25th at midnight!  At the end of the month one random winner will be chosen from all the submissions for the whole month and will receive a $20 Gift Card to the shop!!!  What do you think.....wanna WIN??  Let's see your krafty stuff!!

July Krafty Peeks Hop Day!!!!

Today we are celebrating the release of ALL of our NEW July Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!!!

July Krafty Peeks Day 5 - Woodland Wonders PLUS Anything Goes Challenge

Welcome back to Day FIVE of our July Krafty Peeks at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Sadly today is the last peek day but don't fret as the release party is TONIGHT at 7pm EST on Facebook! You should come and join in the fun we have!!!

Our last stamp set is from fabulous new artist Melissa Baker-Nguyen!!!
It's called WOODLAND WONDERS!

These adorable critters and accessories are so much fun to colour and play with!

Think of all the quick and simple cards and tags you could design OR all the fabulous scenes with lots of little animals!

The set comes with seven main images, several accessory stamps and also some fun coordinating sentiments! There's a total of EIGHTEEN stamps!!!

Well I will be totally honest and tell you how much I loved this set.

I went a little crazy making cute little cards with this set!

 I did all three cards on kraft square bases.
The paper is by Doodlebug and called Friendly Forest....really fits with the stamps don't you think???

I wanted to do a smaller square as my focal point with just a stamp and the image and slight embellishment.

In this case I used a tiny bit of twine and accented with Nuvo drops.

These images and sentiments are super fun to use and can be used in so many different combinations.

Don't forget today is also challenge day and our hostess is Krafty Girl, Jammie! And as always during release week, the challenge is ANYTHING GOES! So create a card, scrapbook page or altered item with any stamp but if you use a Kraftin' Kimmie stamp you'll double your chances to WIN!! July Krafty Peeks Day 4 - Monkey Business

Can I not tell you how much I chuckled when I heard the name of this stamp....MONKEY BUSINESS....what could be better than that!!!! 

Well, the stamp itself of course!!!!! Two little jokers!

This stamp is from Emilie and features two crazy monkeys and FOUR fabulous sentiments!

I chose the sentiment first on this card and picked the monkey second. Isn't it so true though that the MONKEY BUSINESS always happens on your day! LOL

I used paper (that went so extremely well with the stamps BTW) from Doodlebug called Fun in the Sun. I combined this with shapes (palm and leaves) from Silhouette, twine, jewels and wood dots.
