Saturday Challenge - Sequins

Hello and welcome to another fun
Saturday Challenge!

This week I am your hostess and

your challenge is to use....
SEQUINS!

I'm here today to share a card using SEQUINS. I've been very inspired with the simple layered cards i've seen people posting in the group. I used WILD WORLD with some of the cute pink sequins sets we have had in the store before.

Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like!  These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however using a Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp will earn you double entries!  Each submission will enter you into the monthly draw of a $40 gift voucher to the krafty shop!

We've also got a brand new sketch to inspire you for the month of March!  You don't have to use it but it's there for you to use if you need a little kickstart....feel free to use it any time!

August Krafty Peeks....Day FOUR! Spooky Silhouettes!

Welcome back to Day FOUR of our AUGUST Krafty Peeks
at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

We are back with the SECOND new set from artist Melissa Baker-Nguyen for our Fall and Halloween release!
This one is called.....SPOOKY SILHOUETTES!

This totally BOO-tiful set by artist Melissa Baker-Nguyen is absolutely amazing! It features lots of halloweenie solid images which are PERFECT for using with our brand NEW Hybrid INKS!!! Especially the new trio of colours: Pumpkin Patch, Purple Petunia and Mossy Meadow! There is an awesome spooky tree silhouette, lots of solid image stamps and six fabulous coordinating sentiments!

Welcome back to another day of our release this month!!!! This is another great set we put out this month. 

I used some of the previous inks (Yummy Yellow and Marvellous Mocha) and our new inks to create this awesome sunset background on my card. Once it was dry I then added the tree and the accents using our Wicked Black ink.

To the right is the card with the lights out. The ghost glow in the dark!!!!
Aren't they awesome. I used the WOW glow in the dark embossing powder over top of the black ghosts I added to my card. Heat set them and voila! done!!!

Saturday Challenge

Hi everyone! Welcome to another challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

This week our challenge was Doilies.
I did something a bit different because in addition to using the doilies I also ink them as a mask on my card as well to create a back ground. The stamp I used is

Wonderful Wednesday

It's Wonderful Wednesday time!!  We hope you can play along!!  As always....it's ANYTHING GOES!!  Break out your Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps and get krafty!!

I have been making quite a few bath bombs lately and wanted a cute way to dress them up! I used BUDS AND BLOOMS for the flowers, leaves and dots and a sentiment from the BRIGITTE set.

We want EVERYONE to be able to play along so your submission can use ANY stamp and can be any theme, any style, any design and it can be a card, a scrapbook page, an altered item....you name it!!  It must be a NEW creation and you can enter on this post until July 4th at midnight!  At the end of the month one random winner will be chosen from all the submissions for the whole month and will receive a $20 Gift Card to the shop!!!  What do you think.....wanna WIN??  Let's see your krafty stuff!!

June Peek Day 2 - Fancy Florals

 Hey Everyone!!! 

Welcome back to Day 2 of our June peeks at Kraftin Kimmie Stamps! 

What a day we had yesterday and today's peek is just as awesome!!!

We are thrilled to present the second set of stamps from our new artist, Melissa Baker-Nguyen!
Her first set from last month called Bugs & Kisses we absolutely
amazing and we are sure you are going to love this new one!!!
Check out FANCY FLORALS!

This gorgeous set of blooms is so versatile and is perfectly designed for so many themes and reasons to send cards to the ones you love! There is a basket of blooms, a trio of single blooms and of course fantastically designed sentiments, which, just happen to fit inside the basket!!!

So on my card I used paper by Basic Grey (Plumeria), twine, prills (center of the flowers), loose glitter, Tim Holtz distress inks (for flowers), MME enamel dots, jewels.
I really loved the colours in this paper set so I went a bit crazy with the flower colours. I just loved how they turned out. I also molded them a bit so they stand out from the card.
